Special categories of personal data <\/b>\u2013 Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual person, data concerning health or data concerning an individual person’s sex life or sexual orientation;<\/span><\/p>

Processing <\/b>\u2013 Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

Controller <\/b>\u2013 Individual or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;<\/span><\/p>

Personal Data Breach <\/b>\u2013 Breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;<\/span><\/p>

Processor <\/b>\u2013 Individual or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;<\/span><\/p>

Third Party <\/b>\u2013 Individual or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data;<\/span><\/p>

Personal Data collection, access, recording, organization, storage, use, sharing and consultation activities are within the Glintt Global employee\u2019s functions scope. Additionally, other activities that under the terms of the RGPD are called “processing of personal data” may also occur.<\/span><\/p>

The personal data collected concerns not only employees but also suppliers, candidates and customers.<\/span><\/p>

When collecting Personal Data, companies belonging to the Glintt Global provide data owners with detailed information on the nature of the data collected and on the purpose and treatment to be carried out in relation to personal data, as well as right of access to personal data.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In context of personal data processing activities, the Glintt Global makes use of or may resort to third parties, subcontracted by itself, to process, in its name, and in accordance with the instructions given by it, compliance with the provisions of the law and this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>

These subcontracted entities will not be able to transmit the data subject\u2019s data to other entities without previous written authorization from Glintt Global, being also prevented from hiring other entities without permission for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>

The Glintt Global commits to subcontract only entities that have sufficient guarantees to carry out the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the data subject\u2019s rights. All subcontracted entities are bound by a written agreement which governs the subject matter, the duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the rights and obligations of the Parties.<\/span><\/p>
