At Glintt Global, the Customer Ombudsman’s main function is to analyze any compliments, complaints, suggestions for improvement, clarifications, comments, or questions from customers, issuing recommendations to the Executive Committee with the aim of implementing action plans that guarantee adequate responses to market needs and improve the quality of the service provided.
